GENERAL
- DO NOT FEED or USE The Artwork To AI/Learning Program.- I retain the copyright to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.- Commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.- You May Not Resell, Reproduce, or Use The Artwork For Commercial Purposes (except, commercial agreement)- Order cancellation is only possible during the sketch stage.
WORK TIME
- Maximum deadline for each artworks would be 2 weeks after receiving the upfront payment. (Additional revisions or complex requests may extend the deadline.)- For any commission with deadline under 2 weeks from the time of inquiry, rush fee would be added. (+100% of commission sum)
REVISION
- I will do free 3 Major revisions and 5 Minor revisions on sketch stage, more than that will be charged. (based on the complexity)- No Major revisions after sketch stage, Minor revisions only.
PAYMENT
- I accept BCA, Shoppeepay, QRIS (local) and PayPal (international) as method of payment.- After the sketch is approved, the payment is required before I proceed with rendering.- Order cancellations are only possible during the sketch stage.- Once paid, I don't accept any refund request.
CANVAS & DELIVERY
- You may request a specific canvas size; otherwise, the default size will be A5 (2039 x 2894) for portrait & 1920 x 1080 for landscape at 350 DPI.- It will be sent in PNG and JPG format in google drive.- A watermarked version may be provided for previews before final delivery.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use price would be 3 times the sum of your commission by default.Benefits of commercial use would be as below:- Gets prioritized in waiting list.- You are allowed to put the artwork in MVs, merchandise, branding, etc.If you gain money from the artwork, that would count commercial use.
